Responsibilities:
- Coordinating learners for allocated learnerships with precision and care.
- Setting up training rooms to ensure a conducive learning environment.
- Sending out timely training notifications for classroom sessions.
- Managing all travel and subsistence arrangements for learners.
- Administering new learner recruits and ensuring their registrations are completed accurately.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in: Business Administration or relevant admin qualification.
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel.
- Assertive and compassionate approach to ensure effective learner support.
- Extroverted personality to engage effectively with learners and stakeholders.
- Strong emphasis on accuracy and reliability.
