Road Accident Fund (RAF): Graduate Programme 2024 / 2025

Purpose: The Graduate Programme offers development opportunities to young talented, high potential individuals from diverse backgrounds for our future growth.  The programme provides opportunity and relevant work experience that aligns with the graduate’s skill set and identified talents.

The programme will provide the graduate with real work experience to explore and expand their raw talent within this key business unit.  It focusses on developing and honing technical, business and leadership skills, setting the stage for dynamic growth.

The following IGraduate Opportunities are open for applications:

Graduate Intern: End-User Computing Services

• B Degree in: Information Technology

Graduate Intern: Medical Advisory and Risk Management

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in: Health Sciences / Nursing / Pharmacy related qualification
• Valid registration with relevant statuary body (SANC, SAPC, HPCSA etc.)

Graduate Intern: Customer Experience

• B Degree in: Customer Service / Customer Management related qualification

Graduate Intern: Operations and Cloud Services (Infrastructure Services)

B Degree in: 

• Information Technology,
• Majoring/Exposure to Network and System Administration
• or Applications Development disciplines

Graduate Intern: Cybersecurity

B Degree in: 

• Information Technology,
• Majoring / Exposure to IT Security related qualification

Graduate Intern: Actuarial Analysis and Quantification

B Degree in: 

• Actuarial Science,
• Mathematics,
• Statistics,
• Data Science
• or related qualification
