PPS Investments: Graduate Internship Programme 2024 / 2025

Our graduate program offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working with a team of seasoned professionals. You will have exposure to understanding the investments landscape whilst continuing with functional training in an incubated learning environment.

The first nine months you will be exposed to roles in the Retail Operations functional teams on a rotational basis and for the next nine months you will be given access to areas of specialisation as we continue to build your technical skills and knowledge as well as future fit behavioural attributes.

Responsibilities:

• Build an awareness and understanding of the investments industry and the end-to-end client journey.
• Apply technical knowledge and practical learnings to meet end to end finalisation of client requests and transactions.
• Actively contribute and be accountable within the team where you will be required to integrate and participate in providing solutions to clients and intermediaries.
• Develop strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to build trust and confidence in our brand.
• Participate in strategic department and organisational activities to drive our mutuality value proposition.
• Take ownership of personal development and growth, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Completed Bachelor’s or Honour’s degree within the following disciplines:

• Finance,
• Investments,
• Economics,
• Quantitative Analysis,
• Portfolio Management
