Guardrisk: Research Internships (Marketing, Business, Statistics or related field)
We have an exciting role for a Customer Experience Operations Intern to support us in our VOC Program, ensuring seamless execution, data quality, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will possess some market research knowledge, project management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Research: Assist in designing and implementing market research projects (online surveys, focus groups, interviews). Coordinate data collection, cleaning, and analysis. Prepare research reports and presentations.
- Operations: Manage project databases, records, and documentation. Develop and maintain SOPs for projects. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Project Management: Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets. Track progress, identify risks, and mitigate issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing).
- Additional Responsibilities: Conduct literature reviews and market trend analysis. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors/partners. Identify process improvements and implement changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field
- Desire to learn, teachable spirit
- 6 - 12 months of market research or operations experience
- Project management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills
- Based in JHB will be an advantage
