Mercedes-Benz South Africa is looking for young, eager and motivated individuals who have recently graduated to join our Graduate / Internship Programme. The programme offers a professional learning experience opportunity for graduates who desire to gain experience in the working world.

What does the Programme offer?

• 6 - 24 months programme, that will provide a unique opportunity for graduates to gain valuable skills in a world class manufacturing environment,
• Relevant practical work experience in your field of study or career interest.
• An opportunity to apply for positions within the organization.
• Coaching and mentoring support.

Requirements:

National Diploma/Degree or relevant Tertiary qualification), in the following career streams:

• Information Technology or Computer Sciences
• Accounting or Financial Management (Majors in Taxation)
• Business Management (Business Processes / Project Management / Business Administration)
• Human Resources
• Marketing Management
• Logistics Management
• Data Science and Analytics
