PPC Cement: Learnership Programme 2025
This is a development position which requires technical aptitude, interpersonal and innovative skills for learners who are self-motivated and willing to learn. Learners will participate in both theorical and practical training.
Requirements
Grade 12 with pure Mathematics & Science at 50%
Or
N2 with 4 subjects relevant to the trade:
Boilermaker
- Platers Trade Theory
- Mathematics
- Engineering Science
- Platers Structural Steel Drawing
Electrical (N3)
- Electrical Trade Theory
- Mathematics
- Engineering Science
- Industrial Electronics
Skills and Competencies:
- Valid Driver’s license
- Basic Computer literate
- Be self-motivated and willing to learn
- Available to attend training at the PPC Technical Skills Centre as and when required.
- Excellent Customer Service
- Work overtime
- Willing to assist in any additional tasks
