Massmart: Graduate Programme 2025

Massmart is offering a 24-month Graduate Programme that provides work experience in specific areas with critical skills within the organisation. You will gain valuable work experience, explore career paths and be able to network with professionals in the field of study. During this time, you will be based at our Offices/DC in the listed regions and will be exposed to the world of retail.

In addition to gaining relevant work experience, you’ll also gain exposure to Supply Chain, Business, Personal, and Technical retail skills you can use across the business and throughout your career journey.

Supply Chain Graduate Programme

Regions / Location: Gauteng; KZN; Western Cape

Must have Completed a minimum of a Degree (Honours advantageous) in the following fields:

• Industrial Engineering
• Mathematics
• Computer Science
• Informatics
• Information Science
• Information Systems
• Actuarial and Financial Mathematics
• Applied Mathematics
• Logistics Management / Supply Chain Management / Freight

HR Graduate Programme

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

• Must have Completed a minimum of a BCom HR Degree (Honours advantageous)
