Raizcorp: Human Resource Internship Programme 2025
Raizcorp is looking for newly qualified Human Resources graduates who are motivated and eager to gain valuable experience in a human resources department on a one-year internship. The ideal graduate should be energetic, optimistic, and passionate about learning and putting in some really hard work to learn and grow within the company.
Responsibilities:
In this role you'll be working with:
- The HR Manager, supporting him with all internal HR functions and projects.
- The HR Officer, supporting her specifically with learning and development and other HR related administration.
- The Recruitment Specialist: supporting her with recruitment administration, room bookings, interview pack prep and so on.
Requirements:
There is no work experience required for this role. We will be basing the recruitment decision on the following factors:
- The quality of your CV from grammar, spelling, attention to detail and overall presentation quality.
- Completed degree in: Human Resources Management / Industrial and Organisational Psychology / Organisational Learning and Development. (The type and nature of your qualification will be crucial).
- Your academic performance at university. We are seeking strong overall academic performance.
- Examples of leadership roles held in school and university.
- Your performance during the interview process.
- Strong People skills (the role in the HR department requires one to be confident and comfortable to approach and work with different departments)
- Your attitude and demeanor. We’re looking for a strong culture fit to the department and organisation.
- Your ability to commit to the entire duration of the internship.
