RMB: Graduate Programme 2025

The 12-18 month programme equips you with the skills needed to succeed in your career, professionally and personally. Develop your business understanding, critical thinking, complex problem solving and leadership skills through a combination of technical training and experiential learning. Upon completion of the programme you will be offered a permanent role at RMB Investment Banking, Global Markets, Treasury and Trade Solutions, Technology or Operations.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree (Honours degree or higher) in: Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Actuarial Science, Advanced Analytics, Data Science, Quantitative Management or any other relevant degree that will give you the edge in banking
• Average of 65% and higher
• Less than 12 months’ working experience
• South African citizen
