Motsepe Foundation: Bursaries 2025
The Motsepe Foundation is inviting students to apply for their bursary programme, for the 2026 academic year.
Bursaries will be awarded for undergraduate studies within STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) fields.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying :
- You must be currently in Grade 12 or have completed Grade 12
- You must have achieved a minimum average of 70% for core subjects
- You must be studying or intend on studying towards an undergraduate degree qualification, within one of the fields of study listed above (the bursary will NOT fund Diploma, Extended Programs and Postgraduate studies)
- You must be studying or intend on studying at a recognised tertiary institute within South Africa
- You must have proven financial need
- Preference will be given to students completing Matric in 2025
