Position Title: Digital Marketing and General Marketing Graduate

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing and General Marketing Graduate to join our team. This hands-on role will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of marketing operations within a fast-paced environment, offering a unique blend of digital exposure, general marketing support, and direct interaction with product development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, search engines, display advertising).
• Support content creation and management for digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
• Monitor digital campaign performance, track key metrics, and contribute to reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans.
• Assist in market research activities, competitive analysis, and consumer insights gathering.
• Support the creation of marketing collateral (e.g., presentations, brochures, flyers) for campaigns, events and general product promotion activities. Assist in product launch preparations, including developing marketing materials and communication strategies.
• Support the analysis of product performance data and market trends relevant to specific product lines.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in:

1. Marketing,
2. Business Administration,
3. Communications,
4. or a related field.

• Strong interest in both digital marketing and general marketing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics) is a plus.
