What You'll will Learn:
- Meat Mastery: Cut, trim, portion, and prep like a pro — even sausages and cold cuts!
- Packaging & Display: Weigh, wrap, and showcase the goods like it’s your art gallery.
- Hygiene & Safety: Keep it clean, gear up right, and handle tools like a champ.
- Operations Flow: Restock, run the floor, and use cool kit (yes, even band saws).
- Customer Vibes: Own the counter, guide customers, and dish out expert meat tips.
Requirements:
- Unemployed youth (18–34 years old)
- Hardy and ready for a challenge
- Comfortable working with your hands and on your feet
- Passionate about food and eager to learn
- Are you cool, calm, and crushing it no matter the temperature?
