Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Industrial Engineering Intern. This paid internship is ideal for recent graduates looking to apply their knowledge in process optimization, quality improvement, and manufacturing systems within a dynamic packaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analysing and improving production workflows and efficiency
• Support time studies, line balancing, and layout planning projects
• Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collect and analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks or cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams on various projects
• Help document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical reports

Requirements:

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Solid foundation in manufacturing processes, systems analysis, and process improvement
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
