Safety SA: Internships (Admin, Sales, Marketing, Business)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Contact: Support cold calling, meeting scheduling, and client follow-ups.
- Research Support: Conduct basic online research on clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Data Management: Capture and update client and sales data using Excel or CRM tools.
- Admin & Presentation Support: Assist with reports, presentations, emails, and general admin tasks.
- Campaign & Planning Support: Help plan, track, and report on sales campaigns and team activities.
- General Office & Tech Use: Use planning and AI tools to manage tasks and assist with office operations.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate
- A tertiary qualification (completed or in progress) in: Sales, Marketing, Business, or Administration will be advantageous.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable using digital planning tools (e.g., Trello, Notion) and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly).
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems or applications.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
