Hesto Harnesses: Graduate Internship - Organisational Design and Development
The purpose of the Graduate Programme is to work under supervision of professionally qualified individuals, to gain experience through a structured 18-month training programme.
The programme seeks to place the graduates in the Human Resources Department, with specific focus on Organisational Design and Development function. The programme will be aligned to the graduate’s academic background, career aspiration and business requirements.
Requirements:
- B Tech/ BA Degree/ BCom Degree in Human Resources Management (Essential)
- Bachelor of Human Resources Development (Desirable)
- Applicants to be below the Age of 28,
- Must Have:
- No previous Internship/graduate experience,
- No outstanding tuition Fees,
- No Criminal Record,
- Only South African Citizens will be considered,
