Position Title: Talent and Resourcing Graduate In Training

Duration: 12 months contract

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Talent and Resourcing Graduate In Training to join our team! As a key administrator, you'll provide critical support to our talent acquisition and resourcing functions, ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, while maintaining accurate records and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and drive onboarding processes for new hires, including paperwork, documentation, and system setup.
• A Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition and resourcing team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Liaise with new hires, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
• Track and maintain accurate onboarding metrics, including time-to-productivity and new hire satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and implement changes to enhance the new hire experience.

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 
• Tertiary qualification or equivalent qualification in:

1. Human Resources Management
2. Industrial or Organizational Psychology

• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines on multiple projects
• A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
