Caterpillar: Kickstart Graduate Programme 2025 / 2026
Contract Duration: 1 year (Oct 2025 – Sept 2026)
Work Format: Full time (40 hrs / week), onsite 5 days per week
What You’ll Work On:
- Learn the ins and outs of Caterpillar’s business, customers and solutions
- Solve real business challenges and drive real-world projects
- Collaborate with experts across product support, strategy, digital, marketing, and sales
- Work on strategic assessments that drive innovation and growth
- Build confidence, clarity and credibility in a supportive global team
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (or similar)
- Valid Passport (valid through Sept 2026)
- Fluent in English
- Open to travel – regionally and globally
- Proficiency in MS Office / O365
- 1 internship completed (1 to 2 years of experience)
