Our Talent Team is on the hunt for a Learning and Development Intern to jointhe Baking Division. The role will be based in Pretoria West and will report into the Learning and Development Specialist.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Capture and maintain all training data on the HR Manage system with accuracy
- Assist with coordinating Training interventions and events.
- Preparation of training material
- Schedule Training events for delegates and facilitators
- Send out Training Evaluations § Stock control of Training Materials § Liaise with suppliers & attendees on the specific details / requirements of the Training and Development intervention.
- Assist with collecting and collating training information for audit purposes.
- Assist with general Learning & Development related administration such as filing and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Supporting Learning and Development team with adhoc duties.
- Monthly reporting
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or similar
- Valid Code EB drivers’ licence
