Cargo Compass SA: Human Resource Internships 

We are seeking a Human Resource Management Graduate to join our Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg HR Departments.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Selection — advertising, scheduling interviews, candidate screening, psychometric testing and drafting reports.
• Employee Engagement — support surveys and feedback mechanisms
• Leave and Attendance Management — Track and maintain time and attendance registers
• Training and Development — Track completion rates of training on Learning Managment System – escalate for disciplinary if necessary
• Conduct training needs analysis for specific branch
• Employee Onboarding and Offboarding — conduct orientations, exit interviews for specific branch
• Data Protection — assist with maintaining confidentiality and records
• HR Information Systems (HRIS) — maintain databases, update employee information
• Assist with facilitating psychometric testing
• Employee Relations — Assisting with any HR related employee relations and providing support to disciplinary action required.
• Assist with any other HR duties for all branches

Requirements:

• BCom Human Resource Management Degree
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• No experience is required and full training provided,
