About the Internship
We are seeking proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join our Youth Internship Programme for 12 months. Our Internships are an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on working experience within a dynamic and fast-paced global healthcare recruitment business, whilst also giving you the opportunity to achieve an additional International accreditation.
What You'll Be Doing
Working within established teams, with full support and training, you would have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of tasks such as:
- Data entry, document management, and updating internal databases
- Sourcing talent to meet our clients needs.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is handled confidentially
- Collaborate professionally with team members across departments and regions at all levels
- Assist with internal reporting and performance tracking
- Take on ad-hoc tasks as needed by management

Requirements
- Recently completed a Certified Diploma/Degree in a Professional Sector, such as Business Administration, IT, Finance, Customer Service, Sales and Health Sciences
- Available to begin the Programme in March 2026 and attend assessments in February 2026
- Strong written and verbal communication skills which will be tested
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
