Engineers in Training programme (EIT) 

The Engineers in Training is a 24 Months Programmes aimed at developing youth engineering Professionals. This programme is a platform for talented graduates to learn critical skills and ultimately become specialists at Siemens Energy.

 

Requirements:

  • Must hold a BSc in Mechanical Engineering

 

Competencies:

  • Candidates will need to register with ECSA for their professional qualifications
  • Clear criminal record
  • Hard working, driven, be able to work under pressure
  • Must be able to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to perform under pressure
  • Must be proactive
  • Must have attention to detail and fault-finding skills
