IBM: Learnership Programme 2022

Applications are invited from unemployed youth in possession of a Matric / Grade 12 qualification to apply fot the 2022 IBM Learnership Programme.

Your Responsibilities
You will have expertise in one or more relational and non-relational data management-based software product areas with a particular focus on solutions or applications built within the physical database environment. The employee learns to perform tasks/processes.

• Communication/Negotiation: Receives information. Seeks and exchanges ideas, and concepts. Requires basic knowledge of language and math.
• Problem solving: Learn to use specialized tools, techniques, procedures and processes. Refers problems to appropriate person.
• Contribution/Leadership: Learn to work within well-established procedures and schedule that deal with daily routine work. All work is reviewed.
• Impact on Business/Scope: Accountable for individual results. Work output has immediate affects on work-team or department results.

Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
• Any Previous experience or ICT related certificates would be beneficial
• Determination and proactivity– to learn, perform quality work and develop yourself
• Passion for consulting and new technologies
• An ability to think creatively and think differently
• A love of solving problem
