Netcare: IT Internship Programme 2022

The IT Intern is responsible for maintaining the division’s IT network, support infrastructure and assist with project roll outs.

Key work output and accountabilities

• Investigate and diagnose network problems
• Collect IT usage stats
• Make recommendations for improving the company's IT systems
• Perform routine configuration and installation of IT solutions
• Provide basic IT support
• Assist with the setting up of new users
• Manage backup, security and passwords
• Assist the team with project roll outs

Required Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF 4 certificate
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology
