Located in Mowbray, close to the UCT Liesbeek Gardens residence. This is a large, comfortable student share house consisting of 10 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchen and a TV lounge. A 2 minute walk away from the Jammie Shuttle, the taxi rank and the train station.
11 Kotzee Rd, Observatory
Latest addition to the Baobab offering. This large, comfortable student house consists a mixture of six self contained units (that include a kitchenette and ensuite bathrooms) as well as traditional student digs (with communal facilities). The student digs is in the main house which consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, enormous fully equipped kitchen and TV lounge.
6 Malleson Rd, Mowbray
The Baobab on Malleson is located at 6 Malleson Rd, Mowbray, Cape Town. This is a large, comfortable student share house consisting of 11 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge. The house is virtually opposite UCT's Liesbeek Garden's residence (which is also a Jammie Shuttle stop).
441 Main Rd
This premises is located at 441 Main Rd, Observatory, Cape Town - on the corner of Bowden Rd and Main Rd. This is a large, comfortable student residence consisting of 16 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining areas and TV lounge. It is located on the doorstep of the UCT Medical School, a UCT residence, a CPUT residence, the Groote Schuur Hospital and opposite the St. Peters Square shopping complex.
377 Lower Main Rd
Located at 377 Lower Main Road on the border of Observatory and Salt River. This student residence has 42 rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Positioned on a bustling corner of this historic suburb, surrounded by small businesses and private homes that are among the oldest buildings in South Africa. This building is ideally located for young adults and students.
