Regenesis Vet: Remote HR internship

This role has the opportunity of working closely with the executive office of Regenesis Vet and parent company Novita biotechnology, an award winning startup that is advancing affordable cutting-edge regenerative therapy to endangered wildlife and leading innovation in the lives of millions of orthopaedic, and ophthalmology patients globally.

Job Description:

We are seeking an HR intern to support the Regenesis Vet HR division. The successful applicant will be a key member of the Regenesis Vet HR team and will be responsible for a variety of key HR activities. Some of these key activities include being responsible for onboarding new employees, HR administration, recruitment activities and further development of Regenesis Vet’s HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Support the recruitment process including assistance with candidate management, candidate screening and engaging with potential candidates.
• Actively support the team with the Intern programmes.
• On Boarding of new hires and handling their induction.
• Manage all advertising initiatives including recruitment advertisements and articles.

HR Operations:

• Deliver a variety of HR administration services including contract production and change of terms.
• Maintenance and regular updating of HR employee database.
• Monitor and manage other interns on the various programmes within the company.

Other:

• Support other team members and the Executive with projects as required
• Deal with day-to-day queries

Requirements:

• Candidates must have, or be studying towards, a certificate, degree, diploma, or other relevant qualification in Human Resources/Project Management.
