Momentum Metropolitan: Human Capital Admin Internship Programme 2022 / 2023

This internship will equip candidates for an exciting career in Human Resources and related fields. It offers interns the opportunity to work closely with and gain knowledge from specialists and experts from across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient administrative support for the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviews, offers etc.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.
• Review and screen CVs received from job advertisements and in collaboration with the HR team shortlist relevant candidate in line with the selection criteria.
• Conduct telephonic interviews with candidates to assess candidate suitability.
• Conduct reference, probity checks and background checks on shortlisted candidates and provide feedback to the relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support the on-boarding and integration programme for new employees.
• Acurately capture and maintain employee and position data on system while ensuring that data quality and integrity standards are upheld.
• Compile employee documentation and ensure that HR documentation is timeously and accurately submitted to the relevant stakeholders.
• Accurately populate employee contracts with the relevant information and coordinate sign off.
• Ensure that all contracts and payroll documentation are submitted to payroll within the agreed timeframe.
• Quality check payroll documentation to ensure completeness.
• Assist with role benchmarking requests.

Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate (Matric/Grade 12)
• Human Resources or Industrial Psychology Degree (minimum)
• Must be unemployment and a South African Citizen
