Our Graduate Programme is designed to give passionate and enthusiastic graduates the opportunity to hone their abilities through various forms of consultant training and garner valuable experience by exposing them to the workplace, through internal and external project engagements.

The following Graduate Opportunities are open for applications:

Risk Graduate

• Completed or final year Finance or Accounting Degree 
• CA(SA) track would be advantageous 

Change Management Graduate

Diploma/Degree in:

• Organisational Psychology,
• Human Resources
• or Social Sciences

Data Graduate

Diploma/Degree in:

• Technology,
• Finance,
• Stats and Maths,
• Business 

Finance Graduate

• Completed or final year Finance or Accounting Degree 
• CA(SA) track would be advantageous 

Management Consultant Graduate

• Completed undergraduate Tertiary Qualification

Software Developer Graduate

• Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science OR MCDP 
• Preferably BSc Degree in Computer Science from a Recognised University 

UX (UI) Graduate

Completed or final year (Degree/Diploma) in:

• Information or Interaction Design,
• Psychology,
• Research,
• Visual Arts,
• Multi-Media,
• Marketing

Skills and Competencies:

• Passion to learn various methods and tools that help guide the change landscape 
• Interest in people and business and how to create synergies between the two 
• Must want to be a consultant and engage on various projects and with various clients 
• Ability to travel locally and cross boarder 
• Comfortable with a hybrid working model
