National Debt Advisors (NDA): HR Internship Programme 2022 / 2023

We are searching for the ideal candidate to shape and develop. National Debt Advisors offers learning and development opportunities for young individuals searching for opportunities to practically apply academic knowledge.

The position is focused at providing support to a growing recruitment division within the Human Resources Department, whilst learning about the Recruitment industry at entry level. This role would suit a passionate and driven individual who is able to learn fast, move with change and gets the job done!

Responsibilities:

Included, but not limited to:

• Actively sourcing candidates in the correct spheres and social platform
• Conducting 1st telephonic screening
• Providing recruitment administrative support to the HR Team
• Updating job portals and responding to candidates efficiently
• Call interviewees scheduled for the day
• Check the interview spreadsheet to see if there are any bookings for the day
• Call each candidate confirm attendance
• Update feedback on HR Reception interview spreadsheet

Requirements:

• Diploma in: HR Management
• A clear criminal record.
• An understanding of recruitment and selection (experience would be an advantage)
• Understanding the candidate journey and advertising strategies (Advantageous)
• Social media savvy
