Purpose Of The Job
To acquire and demonstrate competency in basic human resources development processes (Learning/Training and Development, Organisational Development, Integrated Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Wellness, Diversity Management, Change Management); through participation in process, individual, team & organisational Interventions aimed at improving organizational performance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources and/or Industrial Psychology and related others.
- Knows and understands the HR and HRD theories and best practices that will enable the person to provide an effective HR service.
