Varsity Village affordable student accommodation is located 1 km from the nearest gate of the North West University – Potchefstroom Campus. We also have a shuttle. We currently accommodate students from NWU, CTI, Boston College & Vusulela FET College.

Our Student Accommodation

Our accommodation offers the serious student comfortable semi-furnished & serviced accommodation to enable you to excel in your studies!

Our accommodation ranges from R 1950 – R 3500 p.m. with the following features:

• Semi-furnished with a bed, desk, chair & study lamp
• Built-in cupboards, common kitchen area with a fridge & microwave
• 11.5 month Contracts from 12 January – 31 December
• Electricity @ R200p.m. and water INCLUDED
• NSFAS and other Bursary Students are welcome
• Common areas cleaned as per type accommodation contracted
• Safricom Wi-Fi Available
• FREE Shuttle to Campuses – NWU, CTI, Vusulela, Boston, CTU
• House Rules are Applicable
