Shoprite: HR Internship Programme 2023

 

The successful candidate will provide support to the Human Resources Department.

 

Responsibilties:

The successful candidate will be exposed to the following:

  • Capturing and maintenance of HR administrative documents
  • Compensation and Benefits administration and recordkeeping
  • Assisting with employee relations
  • Assisting with Recruitment
  • Witnessing IR procedures and disciplinary actions
  • Administrative work for training and development
  • Perform any other adhoc duties that may arise

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in: Human Resources Management or any other relevant HR qualification
  • No experience is required
