• Take part in Soft and Technical Skills training
• Participate in cross-divisional project teams
• Participate in Company Business Projects (where applicable)

Accounting Graduate Trainee

• Bachelor of Commerce in: Accounting (B. Com. Accounting) degree

Data Trainee

• Degree with honours in IT

Risk Graduate Trainee

• BCom Economics,
• BCom Risk and/or Investment Management

Actuarial Graduate Trainee

• Recent Actuarial Science graduate
• or Final year Actuarial Science student
