Office Administrator
We are a dynamic and growing company looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Office Administrator to help manage our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in an administrative role and be able to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing phone and email correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Organizing files and records
- Capturing records into a database
- Capturing, quotes, PO’s & Invoices into Financial software
- Co-ordinating travel arrangements for international trips
- Supporting other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
