WeBuyCars: Creditors Data Capturer - Centurion

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all invoices are captured before specific deadlines.
  • Reconcile creditor statements in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Follow up on processed Invoices and purchase orders.
  • General Queries (processing + reconciliation).
  • Hyphen payment preparer.
  • Assist with client refunds (preparer).
  • Filing

 

Requirements:

  • Must have a Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
  • Own vehicle with Valid Driver’s License.

 

Advantageous:

  • Previous accounting, admin or posting experience will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Evolve will be an advantage.

Package Information:

  • Momentum Funds at Work Provident Fund
  • 15 days annual Leave
  • Salary Market Related, Negotiable depending on experience
