GWK Farm Foods: Learnership Programme 2023

 

Overall purpose of the role: Farm Foods Grain is offering 2x Maize Milling Learnerships. The Learnership is a structured learning program that combines practical and theoretical learning in an integrated program.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor execution of the Milling process as well as Good Manufacturing Practices;
  • Ensure input Quality;
  • Assist with Mill maintenance;
  • Adherence to quality requirements, and GMP, Safety and Hygiene standards
  • Work in all sections of the Mill, for maximum exposure;
  • Act as GWK Ambassador.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must have the following:
  • Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics and Science
  • No prior work experience
  • Self-Motivated
  • Ability to interact and work effectively in teams
  • We are looking for energetic, motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team.
