IQbusiness: Graduate Internship Programme 2023 / 2024

Our programme is designed to give passionate and enthusiastic graduates the opportunity to hone their abilities through various forms of consultant training and garner valuable experience by exposing them to the workplace, through internal and external project engagements. 

The following Internship Opportunities are open for applications:

Data Graduate / Intern

Completed or final year Diploma/Degree in:

• Technology,
• Finance,
• Stats and Maths,
• Business 

Finance Graduate / Intern

• Completed or Final year Diploma/Degree in: Finance or Accounting

Management Consultant Graduate​​​​​​​ / Intern

• Completed Matric
• Any Completed undergraduate Tertiary Qualification

Risk Graduate​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ / Intern

• Completed or final year Degree with a focus in Risk 
• Advantageous : Additional Risk training ie. FRM, Risk Analysis, etc is Advantageous 

Software Developer Graduate​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ / Intern

• Relevant qualification in: Information Technology / Computer Science / MCDP 
• Preferably BSc Degree in Computer Science from a Recognised University  

Supply Chain​​​​​​​ Graduate​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ / Intern

Completed or Final year Diploma/Degree in:

• Supply Chain Management
• Logistics Management
• Transportation Management / Transport Economics
• Industrial Engineering

UX (UI) Graduate​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ / Intern

Completed or Final year Diploma/Degree in:

• Information or Interaction Design,
• Psychology,
• Research,
• Visual Arts,
• Multi-Media
• Marketing

Skills and Competencies:

• Interest in developing skills in one of the above mentioned Career areas 
• Must want to be a consultant and engage on various projects and with various clients 
• Interested in implementing solutions and being hands on in the implementation  
• Ability to travel locally and cross boarder for IQbusiness client projects  
• Be comfortable with a hybrid working model  
• A self-starter personality and the ability to think on their feet 
• Ability to work under pressure
