Sol Plaatje University: Internship Programme 2023 / 2024

This Graduate Internship programme aims to create temporary opportunity for unemployed South African graduates between the ages (18-35) who have completed thier studies.

This programme will offer opportunities for graduates to gain useful university-based experience in a range of areas that can improve their readiness for employment and open career pathways that may not have been available without work experience.

The following Internship Opportunities are open for applications:

Facilities Intern

Diploma in:

• Management
• Hospitality Management 

Office of The Registrar Intern

• BA Degree obtained from any South African university.

School Of Humanities Intern

• Bachelor of Arts

School of Natural and Applied Sciences Intern

A Diploma or Degree in:

• Administration
• Public Administration / Management

Finance Intern

• B. Com Degree

HR Intern

• Honours Degree in: Industrial Psychology

Library Intern

• Bachelor of Commerce in: Accounting / Economics

School of Education Intern

• Bachelor of Arts

Student Affairs​​​​​​​ Intern

Applicant Requirements:

• South African citizen, between the ages of 18 to 35
• Applicants must be unemployed and never participated in an internship.
• Applicants are restricted to applying for only three (3) positions.
