Nestlé is looking for potential young talent to join our East and South African Region team. The Graduate programme is a great way for young graduates to kickstart their career.

We are searching for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our graduate trainee program. As a graduate trainee, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, and traveling to other working environments to gain practical experience.

Sales Graduate Trainee

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (BCom) – with preference to majors in Economics / Econometrics / Statistics or similar subjects

Finance Graduate Trainee

• B-Com Accounting

Quality Assurance Graduate Trainee

A Bachelor’s Degree in:

• Food technology,
• Microbiology,
• Biochemistry,
• or any other relevant qualifications.

Production Graduate Trainee

A Bachelor’s Degree in:

• Chemical Engineering,
• Industrial Engineering,
• Mechanical Engineering,
• Mechatronics,
• or any other relevant qualifications.

Engineering Graduate Trainee

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Packaging Graduate Trainee

A Bachelor’s Degree in:

• Food technology,

• Food Sciences,
• or any other relevant qualifications
