Palabora Copper: Learnerships (Artisan Aide Skills Program)

 

Palabora Copper (Pty) Ltd is inviting Ba-Phalaborwa Communities to apply for Artisan Aide Skills Programme Opportunity. Successful candidates will enter into a 3 months fixed term contract with Palabora Copper (Pty) Ltd.

 

Candidates who achieve excellent results (i.e. based on technical aptitude and core trade modules) may be invited to join onto Artisan Development learnerships, upon completion of the Artisan Skills Programs.

 

Learnership Disciplines:

  • Electrical (Ref No: SP-ELEC)
  • Mechanical (Ref No: SP-MECH)
  • Instrumentation (Ref No: SP-MC&I)
  • Plater/Boilermaking (Ref No: SP-BOIL)
  • Auto Electrical (Ref No: SP-AUTO)

Requirements:

  • Must have Grade 12
  • Must be unemployed South African Citizen and not have embarked on similar training opportunity before.
  • Must be aged between 18 - 35 years old with no criminal record.
  • Short-listed applicants will be required to undergo pre-screening assessments and interviews.
  • Must be medically fit to work in all areas.
