PETSupply: Receptionist and Store Admin Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Manage and be the front of Store for a new online pet supply company.
- Inventory and mangement of stock and ordering.
- Manage all deliveries and customer requests.
- Creation of promotional materials and mangement of the Facebook and Instagram Pages.
- Drive sales and company growth.
- Assist with 2 sister companies front of house and client service management for walk in's and appointments.
- Liaise with Suppliers and managing promotions and activities in store.
- Manage the WhatsApp line, calls, emails and inhouse programme.
- Create new and innovative project and plans for growing of the company.
Requirements:
- Own Vehicle is a benefit but not a requirement
- Microsoft Office Efficient
- Social Media General Knowledge
