An opportunity exists on our Graduate Trainee Programme in the Supply Chain department for Robert Bosch (Pty) Ltd.

NB. Kindly note our Graduate Trainee Programme is not a permanent position but only a 2 year Fixed-Term contract. 

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be mentored in the following areas:

• Orders entry
• Orders modification
• Order list
• Vehicle Off Road orders
• Quotation entry
• Quotation modifications
• Quotation list and print out 
• Backorder list
• Transport & delivery Monitor
• POD Process & Order tracking
• Proforma invoice creation
• Proforma , Invoice and credit notes print out
• Incomplete orders list
• Orders blocked list
• Control , Release of orders blocked (AFK)
• Claims Process and handling 

Required Education:

• Grade 12
• Bachelor’s Degree in: Business Management / Supply Chain / Logistics or related field

Skills and Competencies:

• Customer service oriented
• Well spoken and the ability to communicate on all levels of the business (speak, read and write)
• Computer literacy in MS Office packages is crucial, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High degree of self-motivation and accuracy
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Ability to work independently and in a team
