Motus Renault Bryanston is on a lookout for an Admin Assist/Trainee: Sales

Your task as a sales Assist/Trainee is to advise customers and offer them tailored solutions. For this purpose, you will receive comprehensive product training to be able to inform you about the various models, equipment and options. You will learn how to build and maintain customer relationships by offering an exceptional customer experience and will also be trained in sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Customer and sales management.
• Assist with Developing the business to reach set sales targets for the month.
• Assist with Drive specific strategies to retain and grow existing customer base.
• Assist with Prospect for new customers and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Assist with Selling of vehicle features and benefits.
• Assist with Handling customer questions and overcome objections.
• Manage customer expectations to ensure effective delivery of service.
• Marketing via social media and accepted digital platforms, and promotions.
• Attend regular sales meetings.
• Attend all relevant company and OEM training courses, and any other developmental if necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum of Grade 12/ Matric
• Valid Driver’s License 
• 0 - 1 year Experience
