We're on the lookout for an Admin Assistant to support the OPS Managers, the primary objective is to provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the National Account Manager's responsibilities.
You will play a crucial role in facilitating communication, managing schedules, coordinating activities, and maintaining records, ultimately contributing to the efficient functioning of the National Account Manager's duties.
Responsibilities:
As an Admin Assistant,you will be responsible for:
- Administrative Support
- Calendar Management
- Communication Liaison
- Data Management:
- Meeting Coordination
- Travel Coordination
- Expense Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Advantageous: experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a corporate environment will be advantageous
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with calendar management and office software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information and tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
