We are seeking a proactive and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will work closely with seasoned HR professionals, contributing to real projects and initiatives while developing essential skills and knowledge in the field.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement training programs and initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as preparing documentation, updating employee files, and coordinating meetings.
- Contribute to employee engagement efforts and assist in organizing company events or initiatives.
- Participate in special projects or assignments as needed, gaining exposure to different facets of HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in:
- Human Resources,
- Business Administration,
- or related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to team goals.
- Remote work experience or ability to work independently in a virtual environment is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
