Hilti: Marketing Internship Programme 2024 / 2025

We are seeking a dynamic individual eager to kick-start their career with an exciting Marketing internship in the field of product marketing and management, specifically as a Regional Product Expert in Fastenings & Protection (F&P).

In this role, the intern will support the coordination, implementation, and maintenance of processes related to the product marketing and management systems, working closely with the marketing team. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of our product marketing initiatives.

What Does The Role Involve?

Your key responsibilities will include, among others, day to day support of the product marketing team in reporting, customer visits, pricing requests, material forecasting and dedicated tasks in system maintenance. You will also be assigned a project which you will lead and be fully responsible to deliver.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in:

1. Marketing,
2. Business Administration,
3. or a related field.

• 0 – 2 years’ experience in Marketing or Product management.

Skills and Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English, with effective communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and with high organization.
• An assertive personality capable of influencing and gaining commitment
• An understanding of the construction industry is a plus.
