Anglo American: Graduate Internship Programme 2024 / 2025

The following Internship Opportunities are open for applications:

Chemistry Graduate / Intern

• Have completed Bachelor of Science (Honours) in: Chemistry / Applied Chemistry

Geomatics: Mine Survey Graduate / Intern

• Have completed Bachelor of Science in Geomatics;
• Or Bachelor of Mine Surveying (Honours) 

Hydrogeology Graduate / Intern

• Have completed Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Hydrogeology
• Bachelor of Science Honours in Geohydrology Top of Form

Metallurgy Graduate / Intern

• Bachelor of Science/Engineering (Honours) in Metallurgy;
• Or Bachelor of Science/Engineering (Honours) in Chemical Engineering;
• Or BSc Hons Applied Science (Metallurgy)

Ventilation Graduate / Intern

• Have completed Bachelor of Engineering in Mining Engineering;
• Or Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering;
• Or Bachelor of Engineering Technology in Mining Engineering 

Geomatics: GIS Graduate / Intern

• Have completed Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Geoinformatics /Bachelor of Science (Hons) in GIS 

Selection Criteria:

• Have completed your degree within the last 12 months or are due to graduate by December 2024.   
• Have no more than 12 months post qualification completion, work experience.    
• Be a team player with strong leadership potential.   
• Demonstrate drive, ambition, and a passion for challenging work in our operations.   
• Must be willing and able to work in remote areas, with relocation support provided where necessary
