Richards Bay Industrial Development Zone (RBIDZ) invites unemployed graduates to apply for Internship Programme 2024.

The following Internship Opportunities are open for applications:

Management Accounting Intern

A National Diploma / Degree in:

• Accounting
• Financial Management
• or equivalent.

Electrical Engineering Intern

• National Diploma / Degree /B Tech in: Electrical Engineering

Brand and Marketing Intern

Any of the following:

• N6 Certificate in Marketing
• National Diploma in Marketing

Company Secretary Intern

• Bachelor of Law / BCom Law

Environmental Intern

National Diploma / Degree in:

• Environmental Science / Management / Planning,
• Geography,
• Ecology
• or related field of study.

Health and Safety Intern

National Diploma / Degree in:

• Occupational Health and Safety Management / Science or  or related field of study. 

Human Resource Management Intern

National Diploma / Degree in: 

• Human Resource Management
• or equivalent. 

Monitoring and Evaluation Intern

National Diploma / Degree in: 

• Public Administration / Management
• Monitoring and Evaluation Certificate (advantageous)

Stakeholder and Communications Intern

National Diploma / Degree in: 

• Public Relations and Communications
• Marketing and Communication
• Marketing
• or equivalent.

Selection Criteria:

• Unemployed, no relevant workplace experience needed.
• Must be between ages of 20 and 35.
• Must not have done any internship before.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Good telephone manner;
• Good organisational skills;
• Creative thinking;
• Flexible, self-motivated and hard-working individual who will work well in a dynamic and creative team in a fast-moving environment.
