South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA): Internship Programme 2025

The South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) wishes to invite applications from suitable candidates who qualify for the Internship positions. This 24-month internship opportunity is ideal for young South African citizens who have the required qualifications and who want to gain workplace experience at SAQA.

This is an ETDP SETA funded internship for unemployed graduates who have not participated in an internship previously.

Intern: Database Administrator

• Diploma in: Information Technology or any other relevant qualifications (NQF Level 6)

Intern: Finance and Administration

• Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6 or 7) in: Accounting or any other relevant Finance qualification

Intern: Human Resources

• Diploma in Human Resources, or any other relevant qualifications (NQF Level 6)

Intern: Monitoring and Evaluation

Degree (NQF Level 7) in:

Intern: Client Services

Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6 or 7) in:

Intern: Systems Developer

Intern: Desktop Support

• Diploma in Information Technology or any other relevant qualifications (NQF Level 6)

Intern: Data Analysis

• Degree in Information Management/Statistics or any other relevant qualification (NQF Level 7)

Intern: Data Loading

• Degree in Information Management/Statistics or any other relevant qualification (NQF Level 7)
