Danfoss: Marketing & Communications Internship Programme 2025

We are seeking a Marketing Communications Intern to join our team in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). This exciting opportunity offers hands-on experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies while building expertise in both digital and traditional marketing methods. The internship is a 1-year program.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Supporting the development of marcom positioning activities in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA),
• Contributing to the implementation of global and local marketing strategies and assisting of local strategies in Sub-Saharan Africa,
• Generating ideas and supporting local team in the scope of operations for the Danfoss’ segment positioning, branding and corporate identity activities in SSA,
• Supporting local marketing operational activities in daily basis,
• Playing an active role in creating digital and printed marketing materials,
• Supporting the operations of all fairs, conferences, events and sponsorship activities,
• Supporting local communication activities’ operational processes,
• Administrative task of vendor management,
• Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral,
• Help distribute marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications,
• Last year of undergraduate studies or a new graduate,
• Internship/Job experience preferably in an agency (marketing, creative, social media or PR),
• Strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Basic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Powerpoint and Word),
• Strong communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail,
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
