The Allan Gray Accelerate Internship is a four-day experience of growth and discovery at our Cape Town office and a chance to be inspired by a potential career at Allan Gray.
What is it?
- Allan Gray Accelerate is a fast-paced vacation internship, designed for high-achieving students like you.
- From 1-4 July, you will have the opportunity to build valuable connections, showcase your skills, tackle real-world challenges and gain firsthand experience in the dynamic world of investments.
- You’ll also get to learn from seasoned professionals in various teams, focused on shaping a world-class service experience for Allan Gray clients.
Who it’s for?
We’re looking for high-performing and independent-minded final-year students who are:
- Ready to start working full-time in 2026
- Completing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce or Business Science, specialising in (but not limited to) Finance, Economics, Investments, Statistics or Business Management
- Consistently high academic achievers
- Eligible to work in South Africa
